He previously worked at the Semiconductor Institute of the Chinese Academy of Sciences on laser applications. As one of the earliest experts in Shenzhen’s mobile phone industry, he excels in developing and commercializing technologies such as MTK phone development kits, ARM-based msOS embedded systems, and the msPower platform.

Wang ShaoweiGraduated from the elite team of the Semiconductor Institute, Chinese Academy of Sciences.

He served as the lead chip developer at several renowned U.S. semiconductor companies, including Maxtor and Marvell. Selected as a National Distinguished Expert, he is currently the Chief Scientist at Eiiman Zhihui, focusing on the development of high-performance, highly integrated, and low-cost permanent magnet motor control chips based on the open-source RISC-V microprocessor.

Liu JingfengPh.D. in Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University, USA.

Co-founder of Jingwei Technology, known as the “Whampoa Military Academy” of Shenzhen’s mobile phone industry. He has conducted software research in Germany and Canada and serves as a member of the Academic Committee of the Ministry of Education Engineering Research Center for Open Source Software and Real-Time Systems. His expertise spans mobile phone systems and industrial high-frequency power supply hardware and software applications.
